Alicia is a registered clinical psychologist, with a Doctorate in the field. She has a diverse skill set, having worked in various settings including research, clinical and organisational.
Alicia has in-depth evidence-based knowledge of workplace mental health at a systems level, having delivered and evaluated programs in academia, worked in organisational consulting, and managed the end-to-end psychological health and safety function at a strategic and operational level within a large organisation.
Alicia assists our clients to better understand and implement psychological health and safety effectively in their organisations. She knows what it takes to successfully implement FlourishDx, having previously led the implementation of FlourishDx as the internal project manager.
