Heather Ikin
Associate Director - Psychosocial Safety
Heather is a registered organisational psychologist with significant internal and external consulting experience. She has an extensive background in the field of organisational psychology, notably being the Chair of the APS College of Organisational Psychologists from 2018 to 2021.
Heather has a diverse background, with 15+ years' experience delivering interventions and strategies across workplace health and safety, employee mental health and wellbeing, change management, organisational development, learning and development, culture and engagement, recruitment and selection, career development and coaching, and management and leadership development.
She has worked with organisations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. It is this extensive experience that sees Heather well-positioned to advise business leaders on effective workforce management strategies and protection of worker mental health.
