Allison has over two decades of experience spanning various industries, including large global corporations and numerous ASX-listed companies. Her leadership roles, both in consulting and internal capacities, have centred around designing, developing, and delivering services and solutions that enhance employees’ psychological health and well-being while driving high-performance outcomes for organizations.
Throughout her career, Allison has led the creation of targeted health, safety, and well-being strategies, employee engagement initiatives, listening programs, culture change and other transformational projects. She has worked within Organisational Development, Change Management, Human Resources, Health Safety and Wellbeing, and Strategy functions, leading teams to deliver people solutions that drive strategic outcomes.
Additionally, Allison is well-versed in using psychometric tools to support leadership development and provide personalised coaching for enhancing leadership effectiveness and well-being. Her diverse industry experience spans banking, insurance, not-for-profits, higher education, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, health and disabilities, retail, and professional services in both private and public sectors.
