As the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of FlourishDx, Daniel oversees the delivery of FlourishDx’s projects to schools and workplaces. He specialises in delivering transformative programs with 15 years experience across School and Workplace Mental Health, Management Consulting, and other industry roles.
In a similar project, Daniel led the program management of a ~90-person team technology and process improvement project. This $100M project was rolled out across an international organisation and delivered ahead of schedule, on budget and realised the benefits expected.
For a government organisation, Daniel was part of the Program Management team that successfully managed a transition of a $300M outsourcing services to a new consortium of vendors while maintaining the continuation of all service delivery KPIs.
