What is the Psychosocial Safe Systems Framework?
It’s FlourishDx’s exemplar reference standard for a genuinely safe system of work — a working model organisations can adopt or adapt, together with a templated toolkit for every category of activity.
Who should complete the Advanced Practitioner training?
WHS and psychosocial safety practitioners, HR and People & Culture leaders, and executives or board members with due diligence responsibilities for psychosocial risk.
Do I need prior experience with the Playbook?
No. Familiarity with the Playbook’s categories is helpful but not required — the program introduces the Framework’s architecture from first principles before building on it.
Is the training available online only?
The Advanced Practitioner program is delivered online, as four half-day sessions across six weeks, making it accessible to participants regardless of location.
Is the training recorded?
No the training is not recorded. You should ensure you are available for each of the four sessions across the 6 weeks to ensure you do not miss out on any material.
Will I receive accreditation?
Participants who complete the program and its competence assessment activity receive Advanced Practitioner accreditation, recognising their ability to apply and govern the Framework.
What will I take away from the training?
A complete toolkit — the exemplar Framework handbook, category templates, the three lines of defence governance model, board and assurance reporting templates — plus the accreditation itself.
