Andrew is a Registered Psychologist and Organisational Psychology Registrar. He has deep experience in psychosocial risk management, workplace mental health and wellbeing, Health and Safety culture change, and Learning and Development. He has experience across a range of high-risk industries including mining and minerals, retail, aviation, professional and financial services, emergency services, government and public sector, education and manufacturing.
Through his time at FlourishDx and in prior consulting roles (ex-Big 4), Andrew specialises in supporting large, complex organisations in taking systematic approaches to managing psychosocial risk. He has a particular passion for storytelling. He is skilled at using data to help organisations make decisions that both support worker mental health and achieve business outcomes.
Andrew's favourite part of his work is helping guide clients towards those "lightbulb" moments that help them get what psychosocial risk management means to them. He's passionate about taking an evidence-based and evidence-informed approach, and believes that workplace interventions function best when designed to fit a client's unique needs and context.
Having a previous career as an actor, Andrew is an engaging facilitator, public speaker and trainer. He combines this unique background with his psychology training to help facilitate change in individuals, groups and organisations. Andrew is also an experienced people leader and project manager, having managed large teams to deliver complex projects on time and under budget.
